This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader with solid management experience to join a respected construction-related brand with a long-standing reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage all operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Drive exceptional customer service standards across retail and trade customers.
Manage, coach, and develop staff to create a high-performance culture.
Oversee stock control, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and supplier coordination.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational costs
Requirements
A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience as a manager within a construction related environment.
Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales and profitability targets'
Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
A business-related degree is required.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded leader. You will be confident managing both operational performance and team development while maintaining high service standards and driving business growth.
