Basic Role Summary:

We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma's vision to be the most valued global provider of high-quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.
In this role, you will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Location:
Based onsite at our offices in Ballinasloe, Co Galway.
Role is eligible for Hybrid working after the completion of probationary period.
As our Customer Service Executive, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Take incoming orders and queries from customers and Area Sales Managers.
Responsible for Area Sales Managers assigned to you.
Process any emailed orders.
Responsible for Petworld orders and Tilledium orders and their queries.
Responsible for processing cash sales for Pet, Vet, and internal cash sales and logging same.
Responsible for processing and printing credit notes for Vet/Pet.
Responsible for processing rebates when required.
Promote seasonal products and products with short expiry dates.
Qualifications and Experience:
Min 1-2 years experience working in Customer Service role essential.
3rd Level qualification preferred
MS Office certification would be a benefit.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP advantage.
