This role is for someone who wants to grow with the company. Someone who can handle fast decisions, shifting priorities, and high ownership. You'll work directly with the founder to design, build, and deliver reporting and automation systems that make a measurable impact for clients.
Core Requirements
* 3+ years developing in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, deployment, governance)
* Experience with API integrations for data extraction and automation
* Familiar with Azure Data Factory or broader Azure data services
* Can take projects from requirements to delivery independently
* Keeps focus and quality when timelines are tight or priorities shift
* Communicates clearly with clients during discovery, design, delivery, and iteration
* Thrives in a small, collaborative environment where speed matters
* Fast learner, curious about new tools like n8n, and other emerging technologies
* Bonus: consultancy or multi-client experience
