About the Role
The Material Program Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team to ensure they provide high-quality service to meet set goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong part sales & part purchasing background, and the ability to drive performance and achieve team goals. Hybrid work available after 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and support the USM (Used Service Material) materials team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
* Report out to Commercial Manager on Programs Performances.
* Manage Purchasing, Sales and Stock of material.
* Support on identification of opportunities with new products.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve programs to help create new revenue streams.
* Ensure close communication with Stakeholders in LTTS (e.g. quality, finance, operations) and LHT globally (Sales and Fulfilment).
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the team and the solutions provided.
* Roll out Materials program strategy to optimise growth.
Qualifications
* Third level education in Business, Management, or related field.
* Knowledge of MRO business.
* 5+ years in a material trading position.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and tact.
* Proficient in using MS Office & ERP software.

* Ability to work & make decisions in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
