Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver professional, on-site technical assistance to end users in a dynamic Service Desk environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior engineers, escalating complex issues where required, and contribute to the maintenance of detailed documentation and the knowledge base.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Furthermore, they will have prior experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role and be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restriction.
This position presents a chance to foster strong client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and provide support for business applications, meeting room technology, and mobile devices.
1. Deliver on-site IT support to end users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using expertise in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
3. Support senior engineers on projects, escalating complex issues where required, and contribute to the maintenance of detailed documentation and the knowledge base.
4. Monitor, manage, and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prior experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong technical skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
