We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to provide temporary cover for a Healthcare company in Kilkenny City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking and relaying messages accurately and efficiently.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and filing, supporting the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software quickly.
