Service Field Engineer Our Client is looking for a Service Engineer to join its team.
This role involves the installation, servicing, and repair of large-format printers at customer sites across Ireland.

The Role and Responsibilities This position is a hands-on technical role with a strong customer engagement component.
Key responsibilities include: Attending site visits promptly to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and completing allotted PM visits.
Repairing faults professionally, updating firmware, and providing customer training on system operation Being the product champion for designated machines, ensuring full proficiency is reached.
Providing support and expert advice during showroom demonstrations of printers to prospective clients.
Accurately completing and submitting a comprehensive field service report for every repair undertaken Maintaining an appropriate level of relevant parts to complete repairs on a first visit wherever possible.
Adhering to and promoting company Health & Safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements Our Client is looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
Required Experience and Skills: Experience in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting equipment Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix issues The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
Experience delivering product demonstrations or technical training is an advantage.
A full, clean driving license is required due to necessary travel to customer sites.
