We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Care Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care services to children and young people.
About the Role
* Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering person-centered care services.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the well-being and safety of service users.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior social care management, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be registered or eligible for registration with CORU as a social worker or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 5 years' experience in mainstream children's residential care is required.
Achieving quality outcomes through evidence-based practice is key for this role. It would be beneficial if you can provide examples from previous roles that showcase your ability to do so.
