Here is what you can initially expect:Lead engagements involving damages quantification, valuation, forensic accounting, and economic analysis for commercial disputes and investigations.Draft, review, and defend high‑quality expert reports that are independent, objective, and suitable for court/arbitration submissions.Prepare partner lead expert for hearings—including cross‑examination readiness and expert meetings.Direct financial modelling and analytics, including scenario analysis and valuation approaches.Client, Counsel & Stakeholder ManagementPresent findings clearly and persuasively to legal and executive stakeholders.Build trusted relationships that support repeat engagements and market growth.Practice Development & Thought LeadershipIdentify and support business development opportunities, including proposals and pitches.Publish insights and contribute to conferences, webinars, and thought leadership.Coach and upskill junior team members.Risk, Quality & IndependenceMaintain rigorous quality control, workpaper discipline, and evidence procedures.Uphold independence and duty to the court, proactively flagging conflicts or risks.Ensure compliance with firm policies, confidentiality, and evidence management protocols.Your teamYou will be joining a growing and highly specialised Dispute Advisory practice, working closely with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and valuation specialists across Ireland and the UK.
