Job Overview
The role of Service Operations Manager involves coordinating and managing the service operations to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate service diary/appointments
* Translate customer reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians to complete
* Coordinate mechanics and assign them to work orders based on the diary
* Ensure that work provided to customers meets quality standards
* Point of escalation for customers and internal service queries
* Follow up with customers when necessary
* Provide assistance on service reception where applicable
* Ensure invoicing and payment collection is completed each day and customer records are entered into the computer database
