Job Description
3. Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
4. Monitor inventory levels and highlight shortages or excesses.
5. Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
6. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Assist with purchase orders, reporting, and administrative tasks.
8. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.
9. Suggest process improvements to enhance inventory management.
The Successful Applicant
10. Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration.
11. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
12. Proficient in MS Office; experience with inventory management systems is advantageous.
13. High attention to detail and accuracy.
14. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
