Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive and innovative surveying services, including quantity surveying, project management, and specialist construction cost consultancy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates and cost plans for various retail, commercial, educational, and residential developments using CostX software. Additionally, they will prepare standard documentation, such as reports, valuations, letters, and financial reports, as well as tender documents and analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement.
Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare estimates and cost plans for variety of developments using CostX Software;

* Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports;

* Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement;

* Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims;

* Prepare and agree final accounts;

Requirements:

* 1+ years post graduate experience in a professional consultancy;

* Chartered (desirable);
">
* Pre and post contract experience;

* Excellent IT skills;

* Excellent communications skills;

* BSc essential in a construction related discipline;
