In change management and communications, you will help clients navigate organizational change and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Your work will involve developing change strategies, assessing readiness, and designing communication plans to support change initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Director in HR Technology and Transformation.
This strategic leadership role involves advising on and managing HRIS implementations and workforce technology tools across various sectors.
Responsibilities include:
Leading client engagement teams to drive HR technology strategy and transformation
Collaborating with delivery models to enhance service delivery
Managing end-to-end HR technology projects, ensuring alignment with client goals
Supporting clients in developing and implementing HR processes, technology, and organizational design
Assessing current HR capabilities and designing future models
Integrating advanced technology to support HR functions
Supporting change management activities during HR technology implementations
Leading HR cloud technology projects (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience leading HR Technology or Transformation projects
Degree in HRM or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Irish employment law
Strong project management skills
Deep understanding of HR processes and technologies
Proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus
