Role Summary:
As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations to ensure every stay is extra special for our guests.
- Support the senior operational team in maintaining the hotel's high standards.
- Collaborate with the local HR team to host engaging activities for the team.
- Coach and train new starters to ensure they feel confident in their new role.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills to manage conflicts or complaints seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across departments as required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the team.
- Ability to work at pace and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably have experience working in a branded hotel or restaurant.
