We are hiring a Quality Technician based on site at an established production facility in Tullamore, County Offaly. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will perform quality checks, manage documentation, and support production processes. This role requires flexibility to work on a shift-based system, with current shifts of 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, and potential changes in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality checks and ensure production batches meet company and client standards.
2. Manage and archive quality documentation accurately.
3. Oversee calibration systems and serialized batch codes.
4. Verify technical specifications and liaise with customers for changes.
5. Support Pre-Press operations and handle non-conformities in Smeup.
6. Maintain GMP standards and follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
3. Familiarity with GMP and quality software systems is an advantage.
4. Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changes.
