Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.
With your expertise in National Engineering Contract (NEC) or Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), you will be responsible for analyzing budget vs. cost dynamics, overseeing time, labor, and expenditure across all project facets.
You will also craft weekly reports to guide project managers through complex commercial landscapes and spearhead risk management and cost control throughout the project journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar position. While construction experience is ideal, your attitude and approach are what truly matter.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
* Certification or membership from relevant professional bodies such as Associate RICS or MRICS is highly desirable but not essential
