We are seeking to recruit an experienced SeniorChefde Partie for our client in Co Wexford, to join their dynamic and successful kitchen team.
This position's primary responsibility is to assist the headchef, and sous chefs in ensuring they consistently deliver a 4* Superior standard of cuisine to their customers in a safe and hygienic environment.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with all food requests & dietary requirements for guests
All products must meet or exceed standards for quality
Mis en place, food preparation, food presentation, and food hygiene standards are met
Communication with food service staff should be excellent
The candidate must be flexible and reliable, as well as dedicated to the business as they strive to grow in the hotel.
Candidate requirements for success include:
• A minimum of two years experience as aChefde Partie in a similar position
Knowledge of standards and consistent quality in line with 4* Superior standards
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
ChefQualifications & Good Training
• Good understanding of HACCP principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You must be available to work weekends and bank holidays.
