As a Commi Chef or Junior Sous Chef, you will assist our head chef and have the opportunity to learn from them.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Assisting in food preparation and presentation Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Managing stock control and inventory Communicating effectively with front house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Balancing workload during busy periods while maintaining composure under pressure Must have right to work in Ireland.
