We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finishing Project Manager to join their team in Drogheda, Co Louth.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finishing works from the final stages of construction to handover, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate all finishing trades, subcontractors, and site staff, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications.
Develop and manage detailed finishing schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and projects are completed on time.
Monitor and control finishing budgets, ensuring all works are completed within financial constraints.
Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met and to provide regular progress updates.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the finishing stages of a project.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and techniques.
Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficient in project management software.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
