Marketing Manager Role
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across professional and patient-facing markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and driving demand for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to target healthcare professionals and patients.
* Create compelling content for both professional and consumer audiences, including web pages, blog articles, social copy, email sequences, brochures, clinic materials, and press releases.
* Manage all digital channels, including social media, website, email, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
* Collaborate with influencers, clinic partners, and advocates to amplify trusted messages.
* Use a modern sales and marketing tech stack to plan, deliver, and refine campaigns.
* Effectively manage the marketing budget and supplier relationships.
* Execute campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
* Support product and research launches using tailored value-for-money campaigns.
Requirements:
* Essential Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
* 5+ years post-graduate experience in marketing, with demonstrated success across the full marketing mix.
* Proven track record in both B2B and D2C marketing with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and demand generation strategies.
* Expertise in personalised marketing, segmentation, and CRM-driven campaigns.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content and craft messages that convert, inform, and inspire across multiple platforms.
* Experience managing budgets and external suppliers.
* Highly proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning with tactical delivery.
* Proficiency in using full MS Office suite, plus experience in CRM systems (Hubspot preferably), and marketing analytics/automation tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Background in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors.
* Familiarity with fertility, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), or the IVF market.
* Membership of the CIM and/or postgraduate marketing qualifications.
* Understanding of the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) landscape.
