We provide a full range of pension and investment management services and solutions to cater to our client needs, with a particular focus on long-term financial planning.
We create and manage a range of client pension and investment specialist solutions across all Life assurance and investment platform providers in Ireland. Our team is passionate about improving financial outcomes for people, as we believe informed advice can help individuals and their families understand and achieve their financial goals. DFP’s ambition is to help clients achieve their ambitions, by creating solutions that can both help create and preserve financial wealth.
We are now looking to add another Pension Administrator to the Team.
Responsibilities

Handling and resolving customer queries in an efficient and professional manner
Processing of new business applications and management of pipeline
Processing retirement claims in a timely manner
Assisting financial advisors and paraplanner in producing client documentation and reports
Assisting in ad hoc projects as they arise
Maintaining accurate records on client and scheme files
Adhere to internal compliance procedures and comply with all regulatory requirements
Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

Completed QFA qualification or in the process of completing QFA exams
2 years experience in the Financial Services industry
Good technical Life & Pensions knowledge and experience with group pension schemes
Knowledge of all Life Insurance, Pension and Investment providers and products
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a first-class customer experience for our clients
Demonstrated problem solver with an ability to resolve ad‑hoc queries as they arise
Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role
Ability to multi‑task and be a team player within a busy fast paced environment
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work and willingness to take on extra tasks
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
