About the Role: EPS Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join the project team delivering the Drogheda Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified engineer to gain hands-on experience on a large-scale wastewater infrastructure project, working alongside experienced engineers, project managers and operational teams. The successful candidate will support the engineering, construction, commissioning and handover phases of the project, with exposure to wastewater process engineering, mechanical and electrical installations, health & safety and project delivery within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Support senior engineers and project managers in the delivery of the Drogheda WWTP upgrade project Assist with engineering design reviews, technical documentation and drawings Participate in site activities including inspections, surveys and construction support Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal EPS teams Assist with method statements, risk assessments and compliance documentation Support monitoring of project progress, schedules and quality standards Assist with commissioning, testing and handover processes Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards Maintain accurate project records and reports Key Competencies & Skills: Essential: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline Strong interest in wastewater treatment, utilities or infrastructure projects Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative Full driving licence (or working towards) Desirable: Previous placement, internship or graduate experience in engineering or construction Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes or water infrastructure Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project or similar engineering tools Understanding of Irish health & safety requirements Compensation Package: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career growth CPD accredited employer A collaborative and supportive work environment Laptop or desktop and work mobile phone provided Flexible working options, dependent on location and role requirements See company website for more information on the benefits of working in EPS Group Wewelcomespeculativeapplicationsfromindividualsofalllevels.
