About the Role
This is a unique chance to join our team as an Occupational Therapy Co-ordinator, working closely with clinicians and families to deliver high-quality support services. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing clinical competencies and ensuring quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide coordination and oversight for Occupational Therapy Led clinics (Seating Clinic and Upper Limb Clinic) within our Disability Services Model
* Ensure clinical assurance and governance standards are met, promoting excellence in practice
* Foster collaboration and facilitate quality service development through effective communication and partnership-building
* Lead line management supervision of clinicians and staff allocated to the Seating and Upper Limb clinics, promoting growth and professional development
Essential Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, or equivalent qualification
* CORU registration, up-to-date and valid
* Minimum 5 years' experience as Senior Occupational Therapist
* Minimum 5 years' full-time post-qualification experience in disability services
* Proven track record of interdisciplinary working with children and families with disabilities
* Experience in managing services, including service development and supervisory roles
* Possession of a full clean driving license
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
