They now require an administrator to join their Design Delivery team in Cork on a 3-month basis with the potential for further extension.
Your new role
The job involves coordinating the procurement process for materials and engineering services. Responsibilities include completing templates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining documentation. You will be responsible for planning for future material needs, facilitating meetings, and managing procurement requests. You will assist in conducting spend analysis, support tender processes, and develop trackers and dashboards. You will liaise with various teams to ensure smooth operations and carry out any additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 year of administrative experience in contract or procurement management. An understanding of material equipment sourcing process is highly advantageous. You will have strong coordination skills and the ability to organise and get activities delivered. You will need to be well-motivated, and be able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team environment. You will have excellent administrative skills, experience using MS Office, and working knowledge of SharePoint system is advantageous.
