Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for an Accounts and Administration Assistant for one of our clients, a mechanical services company based in Co. Kerry.
The Accounts and Administration Assistant will be tasked with provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed, schedule maintenance calls and coordinate customer call outs, manage orders and invoices, assist with accounting, budgeting and bookkeeping tasks and other accounting and administrative duties.
Requirements:
1. 3+ Years of Experience in a similar role.
2. Any relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
