Part Qualified Accountant Role
We are seeking a skilled Part Qualified Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in broad finance and a strong understanding of financial management, planning, and budgeting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full management of the organisation's Finance function, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and year-end reporting. They will also maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules, oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, and support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Manage the organisation's Debtors and Creditors Ledgers, processing invoices and weekly creditors payment runs.
* Prepare VAT returns, assist with other regulatory filings, and reconcile Bank Accounts, Credit Card, and PayPal.
* Liaise with Auditors and Department regarding Annual Audit Requirements and complete Annual Reports to the Department.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' accounts experience in broad finance.
* Experience in using finance software and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent).
