Identity Lifecycle Management Director Role
The role of Identity Lifecycle Management Director is crucial for operational resilience and data protection. You will lead the modernization and transformation of identity systems, ensuring robust access controls and driving IAM system evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation of legacy identity management systems and drive the implementation of SailPoint across a global environment.
* Take ownership of SailPoint operations, ensuring seamless integration of IAM systems while maintaining legacy systems and operational excellence.
* Oversee identity lifecycle management processes, ensuring they are both secure and efficient across a global, enterprise-scale environment.
* Define and execute strategies for modernizing and improving identity security controls, including access request, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
Requirements include extensive experience in identity security and access management, preferably within a global enterprise setting, with familiarity in managing enterprise-scale IAM systems. Strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in implementing and managing SailPoint solutions, and deep understanding of identity security principles, access controls, and identity lifecycle management are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a relevant discipline in IT/IAM/cybersecurity or master's degree and 7+ years of experience. At least 5 years of experience focused specifically on identity lifecycle management in organizations with greater than 100,000 users is required. Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile-based tools, proven track record of leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and interacting with senior stakeholders, and proficiency with related security technologies and practices are also necessary.
