Job Description
Scotts Hotel Killarney is currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant Manager. Duties will include:
* Ensuring your team provide exceptional levels of service for every guest
* Rostering of staff in an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs
* Recruitment and training
* Ensuring that the accommodation is of highest standard / Quality Control
* Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the company group
* Inventory Management
* Linen Stock / Ordering
* To ensure that all standards are maintained
The ideal candidate will:
* Ability to drive excellent customer care
* Knowledge and experience of rosters and budgets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Previous hotel experience is essential
Pay: From €17.00 per hour

This role is a variable hours position; hours of work would be based on business needs so the candidate must be fully flexible.
Objective of the Role
Working with and Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will assist our successful accommodation team in providing the best hospitality to our guests. Your new role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. You should have a good personality, good people skills, be guest oriented, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential.
Qualifications: Previous hotel experience is essential.
