* Train and mentor a team of culinary professionals to deliver excellence in every dish.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
* Valid work permit with documentation.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills for success in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
