Job Title: Business Development & Client Success Executive Location: Dublin City South, Ireland Work Model: Fully onsite for the first 6 months, then hybrid Are you commercially driven and passionate about building lasting client relationships? We're hiring a Business Development & Client Success Executive who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys delivering value to clients. This role combines new business generation with client account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both winning new clients and nurturing existing ones. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring a high-quality experience for existing clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify prospects Create tailored proposals and pricing based on client needs Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation Attend meetings, presentations, and events to represent the company Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting using CRM systems Client Account Management & Retention Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of existing clients Build strong, long-term relationships based on understanding and trust Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where they add value Manage contract renewals, service updates, and client reviews Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service Ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date Reporting & Insights Track sales performance, account health, and client engagement Provide regular insights and reporting to management Use data to spot trends and support continuous improvement Who We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in business development, account management, or a commercial client-facing role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A consultative sales approach and a strong commercial instinct Ability to manage new business activity alongside existing client accounts Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Organised, proactive, and driven to make an impact Why Join Us?
