Key Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will collect and prepare data for various initiatives, including the annual pay cycle, pay transparency directive, healthcare renewals, and salary survey submission.
2. Administrative and analytical support will be provided to the Compensation Manager.
Requirements:
* Recent experience in managing and reporting on data, along with excellent attention to detail skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyse data issues, propose solutions, and implement them.
* Advanced Excel skills, including the use of Pivot Tables.
The ideal candidate will have a hybrid work model, with a base in Dublin City.
