We are currently seeking a Daytime Chef to join our team at mo chara.Our lunch menu consists of 2 main things - whopper toasted sambos and some delicious egg dishes.This is a ideal role for a chef looking for daytime hours.If you think you'd be a good fit to the team please apply and we'll be in touch.Responsibilities:Ensure the kitchen is ready for service everydayAdhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyCollaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.Maintain accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.Follow recipes and cooking techniques while also bringing creativity and innovation to the menu.Requirements:HCAP training or equivalent culinary certification.Proven experience working as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably in a lunch or brunch setting.Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain attention to detail,Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends from 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€16.00 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee discountExperience:Chef: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
