We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our team in delivering exceptional care services across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the hiring process from job postings to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
* Schedule and manage training sessions, maintaining accurate records of employee development.
* Provide expert guidance to management and staff on company policies and employee relations matters.
* Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management in accordance with established values, policies, and procedures.
* Maintain high standards of compliance throughout the HR life cycle, driving business excellence.
* Be flexible to support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law and procedures.
* High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Full driving license, own transport, and willingness to travel on behalf of the organisation.
