Logitech is a company that encourages a positive global impact while offering flexibility. We are seeking a Customer Supply Chain Specialist for our e‑tail and Strategic Accounts team. The role supports critical accounts such as Amazon Europe, Apple, Meta, and our own DTC channel.
Responsibilities

Oversee supply replenishment processes from daily order management to logistics fulfillment, ensuring deliverable execution according to agreed SLA. Monitor daily order intake quality, including first‑time‑right, order pattern, EDI and scheduling tool performance, and troubleshoot to mitigate order processing disruptions.
Coordinate logistics capacity with 3PL, aligning to collaborative planning expectations with customers. Flag risks to internal and external stakeholders when service levels cannot be met, and propose alternative solutions for quick wins and mid‑term improvements.
Work closely with Amazon Collaboration Manager to align on customer forecast, supply commitment, service‑level and logistics capabilities on a 13‑week outlook basis.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert of Amazon operational performance (e.g., VTTD, DWC, PIB). Provide deep understanding of cause and effect relationships of each node in the replenishment process and advise Amazon and Collaboration Manager on improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with 3PL and carrier to resolve daily delivery challenges to customers’ warehouses. Hold service providers accountable, track short‑term resolution implementation and oversee long‑term improvement development.
Continuously improve customer service, anticipate potential disruptions, and tackle unplanned events with analytical, fact‑driven and positive mindset.
Support and act as back‑up to Customer Collaboration managers in managing customer expectations and negotiating logistics‑related service agreements.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Account Management, or related business areas. Experience with Amazon/e‑tail environments is highly valued.
Proven ability in order management and operational execution—able to handle end‑to‑end processes with precision and efficiency.
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are advantageous.
Experience working within international business contexts, including diverse, cross‑functional teams.
Exceptional digital dexterity: advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands‑on experience with AI tools.
Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
Eagerness to embrace continuous learning and process improvement, actively seeking ways to optimize performance and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus.
Certified SCM, project management or continuous improvement accreditation such as Lean Six Sigma, PMM, Prince2, Scrum, Agile and/or APICS is a bonus.
