Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of solutions created by the development team for our Recycling customers.You will play a key role in achieving our product-market fit goals, ensuring solutions meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and provide stakeholder value. You will promote continuous improvement within the product team by regularly reviewing processes, practices, and outcomes to identify opportunities for innovation.This role is remote-based anywhere in Ireland, with occasional visits to our HQ in Limerick and international travel as needed.What You Will Be DoingYour Responsibilities:Managing a product backlog, writing user stories that capture the 'who,' 'what,' and 'why' of features or requirements.Prioritizing development efforts to deliver customer value aligned with overall business strategy, product goals, and roadmaps.Defining acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure clear understanding of completion standards.Collaborating with the development team to plan and execute iterative development cycles (sprints).Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.About YouMinimum of 5 years' experience in product management within a SaaS technology environment.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.Strong influencing, persuasion, and consensus-building skills; ability to energize teams.Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex software projects.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse groups including customers, executives, and subject matter experts.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; a Master’s degree is preferred.Experience in the material recycling industry or related fields such as inventory management and logistics is advantageous.
