This exciting opportunity is for an Account Handler who will manage a portfolio of large and global clients, ensuring superior service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling renewals, mid-term alterations, and client queries efficiently, developing a deep understanding of each client's business and risk needs.
Fostering strong relationships with insurers and key stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
You will also support colleagues by providing technical expertise and problem-solving assistance.
Requirements:
* CIP qualification (or working towards it)
* Ability to travel to Dublin or Cork
* Previous experience in a broker role
* Strong client advocacy skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support business growth
