This business take on Public Works, Civil Infrastructure, Apartments & Commercial projects in Munster & Leinster.
As this is an established, close-knit team, we're also looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in what they do and seeing others do well.
We are searching for an experience Site Manager or Senior Engineer with extensive experience managing Concrete Frame construction projects.
They have 4 years of work in the Midlands at the moment and plenty of work in Dublin too.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Contracts Manager/Company Directors to ensure smooth-running project which makes money for the Company.
Manage on-site Construction Activities, ensuring Project Milestones are met.
Supervise and Co-Ordinate Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Trades.
Manage EHS as per Company and Industry standards.
Ensure Quality Control and adherence to Project Specifications.
Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Management or having a trade background + previous Site Management experience.
5+ years of Construction experience as a Site Manager/Foreman.
Strong knowledge of Construction Practices, Regulations, and Safety Standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
What's on offer? c.€75k-€95k DOE.
