Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in a permanent capacity. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with coordination and taking ownership of your station based on business requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to the highest standards
* Ensure all HACCP duties are completed
* Implement company controls, policies, procedures, processes, and applications
Requirements:
* Previous 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP
* Ability to work 45 hours a week, including weekends and public holidays
