We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and/or secretarial roles, preferably within a healthcare environment. They will be required to undertake Garda Vetting and Manual Handling training as mandatory requirements. In addition to providing details for 3 references from previous employment, academic or organisations with whom voluntary work has been undertaken, candidates may be required to undertake additional sector related training depending on the role and service type.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least one year's previous administration and/or secretarial experience is essential.
* File, database & diary management skills are crucial.
* A strong MS Office experience is necessary.
* Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills are essential.
* Excellent written & spoken English is also required.
* Audio typing is an advantage but not essential.
* Effective time management and ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team are key qualities.
* Diligence and attention to detail are also essential.
Benefits:
Attractive rates of pay will vary from €19.00 per hour, with weekend & bank holiday premiums paid.
