Financial Controller – Co. Roscommon | PermanentMatrix Recruitment is recruiting a Financial Controller for a well-established group based in Co. Roscommon. Reporting to the CFO, this is a key leadership role overseeing finance operations across multiple entities in Ireland and the UK. You will lead financial reporting, controls, audit, and process improvements while managing a team and supporting ERP implementation. This is role is ideal for someone looking to take a step up in their career.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly management accounts and group reporting across multiple entities.Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Manage the full external audit process and statutory financial reporting.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes.Drive finance process improvements and support ERP system implementation.RequirementsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and control across multiple entities.Proven experience managing audits and statutory reporting requirements.Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.DisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
