About Restructuring Advisory Consultant role at RSM Ireland
* Deliver big ideas and premium service to clients.
* Work as part of the Restructuring Advisory team with responsibility for managing a large portfolio of Members Voluntary Liquidations (MVL's).
* Prepare documents for Directors and Shareholders meetings, attending Directors meetings and preparing statutory documents.
* Liaise with Company directors, accountants, solicitors and creditors in relation to the management and timely completion of assignments.
* Reconcile bank accounts and prepare estimated outcomes.
* Prepare company office returns for liquidation assignments.
* Prepare Revenue returns (CT, VAT and PAYE/PRSI) for assignments.
* Assist with preparation of employee claims to Insolvency & Redundancy funds (where necessary).
The successful candidate will have strong commercial expertise and be able to foster trusted relationships with clients. They will also have excellent report writing and analytic skills, experience in research methodologies and good attention to detail.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will need:
* A minimum 4 years experience in a similar position.
* Liquidation experience is not essential but previous Company secretarial and/or bookkeeping experience would be beneficial.
* Good working knowledge of word and excel essential.
