Located near the foothills of the Dublin Mountains in Firhouse, Tallaght.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation of dishes to suit our guests needs.
* Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the senior chefs to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
* Coordinates daily tasks with the Senior Chef
* Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
* Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
* Follows good HACCP practices for the proper handling and preparation of all food products at the right temperature.
* Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
* Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
* Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

Requirements
* Previous experience working in a kitchen.
* 3rd level qualification is desired but not essential.
* Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
