Role Description
We're seeking a
Service Support Coordinator
for a full-time, on-site position in Ireland. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customer service inquiries, manage service scheduling, and support day-to-day service operations. You'll work closely with both clients and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery, while also handling essential administrative responsibilities such as record-keeping and ongoing communication.
Qualifications
* Proven customer service experience with the ability to manage inquiries effectively
* Strong coordination and scheduling skills, ideally with a background in logistics or service operations
* Solid administrative capabilities, including record maintenance and professional communication
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
* Experience within the materials handling sector is advantageous
* Proficiency with relevant software and digital tools
