Clarity is hiring for a CNM1 to work as part of a team involved in the care of young adults in a detention campus.
The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 with overall accountability to the Campus Director

Duties
Provide Integrated Primary Healthcare
: Deliver comprehensive physical and mental health nursing services to young people in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct Assessments & Reporting
: Complete thorough nursing assessments, collate medical histories, and produce reports for courts and placement planning.
Safeguarding & Legal Compliance
: Fulfill mandatory nurse reporting duties under the Children First Act **** and liaise with child protection officers as needed.
Medication & Health Promotion
: Manage medication safely and lead health education and promotion programs as part of holistic care planning.
Requirements
NMBI registration in good standing - Decision Letters will not be accepted
Minimum of 1 year post registration experience within an acute setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Both Technical and Professional expertise
