Role Summary
The position of Senior Culinary Team Member involves collaborating with the kitchen brigade to consistently deliver exceptional culinary standards and quality of cuisine to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
To assist in ensuring that all guest food requests & dietary requirements are met, and that all products used are of superior quality.
Maintain high standards in relation to mise en place, food preparation and cooking, food presentation and food hygiene.
Communicate effectively with food service personnel.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
Excellent knowledge of culinary standards and consistent quality.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Good training & recognised chef qualifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
