We are seeking a leader to oversee our store operation and performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering solid business growth in a retail environment through excellence in operational procedures and practices combined with strong team motivational and retention capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise commercial position of the site
* Develop organisational culture reflecting core values, including positive employee relations climate to enhance employee satisfaction
* Foster a working environment of continuous improvement to drive business growth
* Lead and inspire team towards cost-effective delivery of service meeting and exceeding customer expectations
* Identify, implement and promote innovations/projects to enhance service delivery, business efficiencies and customer experience
* Monitor, evaluate and report all risks, financial, operational and commercial, and proactively work collaboratively with support office functions to mitigate/minimise risks
* Develop investment & capex plans, operational budgets, and forecasts
* Support and guide team to achieve and exceed unit specific and cumulative site specific targets
* Ownership of Quarterly Business Reviews
* Support, encourage and develop on-site teams to enable them to excel at what they do best
* Management of HR issues ensuring company policies are fully implemented
* Take overall responsibility for all quality, environmental and health & safety issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements
