We are seeking an experienced CPQ Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) solutions. This role partners closely with Product Offering Managers, Analysts, Engineering, and Sales to deliver scalable, high-quality CPQ solutions that improve sales effectiveness and user experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), deep technical expertise, and a solid understanding of business and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather requirements and design best-in-class CPQ solutions for product configuration and commerce
* Develop, enhance, and support Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) applications, with a focus on configurator development
* Build and maintain integrations between CPQ, CRM, ERP, and PIM systems
* Create and maintain product configuration models, pricing, BOMs, proposals, and rules
* Support New Product Introductions and engineering changes within CPQ
* Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system reliability and performance
* Act as technical subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle CPQ
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) or similar CPQ platforms
* Strong experience with:
o CPQ Commerce and Configurator development
o BOM-based configurations and pricing rules
o CPQ integrations with CRM and ERP systems
o BML, BMQL, SOAP/REST, JavaScript, CSS
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with visual configurators (e.g., CDS, Atlatl)
* Knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle EBS, PDM/PIM
* Lean or structured software implementation experience
* Experience supporting complex, configurable manufactured products
