Job Title: Director of Operations and Quality Management
Job Description:
Care professionals are sought for a leadership position in integrated care services. The role involves responsibility for multiple locations, including Galway, Limerick, and Kerry. The position encompasses several key areas: continuous quality improvement, stakeholder relationship building, team development, operational optimization, and innovation driving.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in social care or a related field with management qualifications, meeting CORU registration requirements. A minimum of four years of senior management experience in social care is required, as well as previous experience in establishing new services, creating policies and procedures, and managing large staff teams. Passion for delivering high-quality services to individuals supported is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be eligible to work in Ireland.

* Experience managing large volumes of staff teams
