Responsibilities:

* Maintain a captivating store image at all times, ensuring it remains attractive and commercially viable.

* Adhere to established visual merchandising standards and guidelines to deliver a cohesive brand experience.

* Efficiently perform store changes, maintaining a well-organized environment.

* Optimize selling space through data-driven analysis and profitability calculations.
">
* Stay abreast of sales figures and performance indicators, taking targeted measures to enhance product offerings.

* Continuously assess and adapt to sales results, implementing solutions to boost commercial appeal.

* Stay informed about customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies to make informed business decisions.

* Ensure timely replenishment and additional orders to maintain optimal product levels.

* Communicate new products, merchandising updates, and out-of-stock suggestions to the team.

* Regularly report to management, providing support in various managerial store duties.

* Work full-time (40 hours) with flexibility over 5 days (Monday to Sunday).
