Technical Specialist for Equipment Maintenance
This role involves providing maintenance support to a regulated production environment.
* Maintenance of equipment, utilities and site facilities is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical trade qualifications or relevant technical diplomas. They should also possess strong diagnostic skills and be able to troubleshoot issues independently. Experience working on HVAC systems or cleanroom environments would be an advantage, but not essential.
About this Role
We are seeking a skilled professional who can carry out regular checks on our equipment, identify any potential problems before they occur and implement effective solutions to prevent downtime. This requires close collaboration with other team members such as the Site Lead and Production teams who work together to ensure all activities run smoothly throughout each day.
Your Responsibilities:
* Perform routine inspections of all machinery
* Detect faults through examination & inspection techniques
, repair malfunctioning items by replacing worn parts,
prioritize tasks based upon urgency levels when multiple jobs need attention at once;
maintain accurate records detailing every action taken during servicing periods including time spent addressing specific task requirements etc.;
give assistance where needed from colleagues within department boundaries while maintaining efficiency standards set forth company policies.
